In addition, TheJAlexander is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address. If your package is not received due to incorrect address you will not be eligible for a refund. Once package is received, it will be shipped out to you. Please note it can take a few days or a few weeks for usps to send your package back to us.
Cancel Order We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it! Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel your order after it has been placed. This also means we cannot edit your order in anyway. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order.
To keep your pieces from The J Alexander looking flawless, always wash with care. We recommend hand washing or using a gentle machine cycle with cold water and mild detergent — never bleach.
Turn garments inside out to preserve colors and details. Air dry flat or hang items on padded hangers away from direct sunlight, and avoid tumble drying unless the label says it's safe.
For wrinkles, use a low-heat iron or, better yet, a steamer to protect delicate fabrics. Store your items smartly — fold heavier pieces to avoid stretching and hang tops, jackets, and jumpsuits on non-slip hangers in a cool, dry place. For sequins or embellished styles, spot clean only. Treat every look like the statement it is.

What should I do if my tracking status says “delivered” but I haven’t received my package?
Please allow one additional business day, as packages may be marked “delivered” before they physically arrive. If the package still has not arrived, email us for support. If you purchased shipping protection, refer to our Shipping Protection Policy to initiate a claim.
