Please note that The J Alexander is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you will not be eligible for a refund. Once the package is returned to us by USPS, we will promptly reship it to the correct address. Please be advised that this return process may take several days or, in some cases, a few weeks, depending on USPS processing times.
