We aim to process and fulfill all orders in a timely manner. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.

If you receive a damaged item or the incorrect product, please contact us immediately at customersupport@thejalexander.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can promptly resolve it.
The J Alexander is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, we will reship it to the correct address once received. However, please note that the USPS return process may take several days or, in some cases, a few weeks. Refunds will not be issued for delayed or undelivered orders due to inaccurate address information.
We understand that receiving your order quickly is important. As a result, once an order is placed, it is immediately sent for processing and cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.
